Average Sale Price May 2021

  • The average price for a detached home in May 2021 was $945,800, demonstrating a 14.6% increase.
  • The average price for a townhouse in May 2021 was $728,300, demonstrating a 22.6% increase. 
  • The average price for a condominium in May 2021 was $550,100, demonstrating a 26.9% increase.
